We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our grocery team. As a Produce Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fruits and vegetables are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed in a clean and appealing manner. This role is essential in maintaining the freshness and quality of our produce section, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes, and have a keen eye for quality and presentation. Your day-to-day tasks will include unloading produce deliveries, inspecting items for freshness and damage, organizing produce displays, and removing expired or damaged items. You will also assist customers by answering questions and helping them locate specific items. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the produce area is a key part of this role.
This position requires early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
